The Role of non-client facing Residential Conveyancer
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join our fantastic Residential Conveyancing team in a non-client facing role.
You will be providing support to the fee earning conveyancers, assisting with overflow work including replies to enquiries and reports, as well as providing holiday and absence cover.
Although you will not have your own file load, you will need to demonstrate your expertise in relation to all stages of freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing. Additionally, you can expect to cover remortgages, transfers and releases of equity, lease extensions and some development work, complying with CQS standards at all times. You will be required to manage your own workload and communicate capacity levels to the wider team.

Ideal Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience of running your own caseload of residential property transactions
- Value working in a fast paced team
- Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and organised
- Be committed to delivering exceptional client care
Terms
Location: Sidcup, Bexley
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm. (reduced hours will be considered)
