We will not charge you for that initial conversation as the purpose is to get an idea of what you need and provide you with some initial guidance or options and an idea of the costs involved based on the information we receive in the initial conversation.
When you choose to instruct us, you will be given a clear idea of the fees so you can plan and budget accordingly. We are transparent in terms of our fees, however as commercial transactions are rather complex and can sometimes take a different route to what is initially discussed, we will advise you of any upcoming or additional fees as and when they are identified.
