Wills
Given recent events you may be concerned about your health and wish to make a Will. Even if you are self-isolating or working from home, Burtons is equipped to help you.
Whilst we prefer to speak to you in person we can take instructions via email, skype, or telephone. With all remote Will writing, we will need to ensure that our client ID checks are thoroughly completed prior to commencement.
A straight forward Will can normally be written for you within a week from receipt of signed compliance documentation. In the event of an urgent situation we can write a Will within 24 hours.
Conveyancing
Conveyancing remains unaffected at the moment and all our conveyancing staff are working hard on house moves. We do ask where possible to avoid face to face meetings and that matters are dealt with over the telephone and email as a priority. We will work with you to ensure that your matter is dealt with as quickly as possible and will take into account any personal circumstances where viable.

We will work with you to try and minimize all delays but some matters are subject to the control of third parties; where this affects you we will let you know as soon as possible of any changes.
