Team effort at Burtons

Our costs are competitive and we often work on a fixed fee.  We can deliver a quality service at a price that is affordable for smaller businesses as well as having the capabilities to assist larger firms, with our conveyancing team we can also take care of any property transfers and ensure that your transaction moves as quickly and smoothly as possible.

The Company & Commercial team cover a lot of different areas. At Burtons, we work collaboratively and have an excellent litigation team to rely on to help if you are concerned about any disputes between directors or shareholders.

The litigation team also works with our Company & Commercial team on the agreements designed to prevent those disputes arising; bringing their experiences from previous disputes to help identify any new potential areas that might need attention.

They also litigate on terms of business on a regular basis and can often help with identifying where updates are needed based on their own experiences.
