Burtson Solicitors wishes to assure all our clients, present and future, that whilst our physical offices remain closed to the public we are continuing to work and are able and ready to assist you at this difficult time; we have taken measures to ensure there is as little interruption to our services as possible with our staff working from home where possible including the ability to make and receive telephone calls.

We are committed to supporting our clients during this difficult time and will be doing all that we can to ensure that our services remain as operational as possible and provide continuity for our clients.

The safety of our staff and our clients remains a priority to us at this time and we would ask you to note:

  • Our physical offices are manned under strict safety protocols but are not open to members of the public.  Documents may be delivered to our offices but we ask that this is only done where it is not possible to send via email.
  • We are not conducting face to face interviews until it is deemed safe to do so, however we have the facilities to speak on the telephone, we can receive emails and by arrangements can also participate in online calls using applications such as Zoom.  We also have the ability to facilitate conference calls if need be.
  • Due to the current restrictions we are not partaking in any networking events organising any of our own; we will keep this under review as more information is received.
  • Where possible please make payments via bank transfer and not by cheque; this will help keep our staff safer as it means they are handling less paper and also having to attend less locations.
