Private Client Lawyer
As part of our expansion, we are seeking a private client lawyer to join our growing private client department.
The ideal candidate will either be an experienced senior solicitor (or equivalent qualification) established in the local area with a good following. Alternatively, if you are a sole practitioner who is seeking to join a full-service law firm that can provide support to you with personnel and ancillary services, then we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate would work from our Pembury office, with an expectation of visiting our other offices as necessary. Any candidate who is potentially seeking to join us and would prefer to work from one of our other offices, this can also be discussed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong following, a solid background in the preparation of Wills, Trusts and lasting powers of attorney, together with administering both simple and complex estates. The candidate will need to be familiar with standard Windows programs and be willing to work primarily utilising our online case management system.
For the right candidate, the salary offered will be competitive and the firm is open to either part-time candidates or those seeking to work around other commitments.
