Following the Government guidance last week giving the green light for property viewings in person and visits to Estate Agents for both sales and rentals so long as social distancing is still observed.
This guidance has now been supplemented with the additional cross-industry guidance
Whilst it is clear that the new guidance is designed to help re-start the housing market, it will be some time before we have a full return to normality. Some of the activities linked to moving home can now commence but it is essential that we strictly follow the necessary public health guidance.
It will be a slow moving change for the housing market as all the professionals within the industry start to understand and follow the new guidance and the general public getter a better understanding of what they can and cant do now.
